Introductions

And so we begin.

 Hello everyone & welcome to my blog.  Here you will find a little nook for sitting back, enjoying that fresh cup of tea or coffee & allowing me to escort you through a meandering path of my life. 

 I promise to maintain simplicity & humor in all of my revelations. There may be times when you will wonder, "is this even true"? To which I reply, "yes this is my life as crazy as it sounds".  

 I'm not an expert on life. My many life experiences have taught me valuable lessons. One of the most important is to laugh at yourself & to not take yourself too seriously. 

 My hope is that you the reader will take away some happiness, a small grin & perhaps even a skip in your step after spending a few minutes reading the words I write in my blog.

My Life Song

Life consists of many roads to go down.  Fate will decide which one we are to follow to fulfill our destiny.  Life is a journey.  People come in and out of our lives for a reason.  Events happen to us and in spite of us by some unforeseen force.  Perhaps to teach us a lesson yet unlearned or to show us the road we should be taking time and time again.  Stubbornness could work as a catalyst either in our favour or not.  Imagine where our destiny could take us if we learned how to harness our "what ifs" into the here and now?  Few will take that leap of faith.  Free falling into what could very well be exactly where they should be in their life at that time. The Sports Bra

Am I the only woman on this earth who has fought the ultimate battle of the sports bra? I bought a new sports bra the other day.  My others were looking pretty glum & I prefer walking onto the gym floor with confidence knowing there won't be any costume malfunctions.  I did my due diligence in reading the sizing chart before ordering to ensure my measurements would comfortably fit into the available sizes. Finally the day had arrived where I would have the chance  to give this new sports bra a test run.  This particular sports bra doesn't have clasps in the back.  It's a pull over style.  Now this in itself should have tipped me off to what was about to proceed.  However, my pea sized brain was coaxing me on saying, "ppfffttt no sweat, it will just stay in place better". No where in the description did it read, "contortionist talent is a prerequisite".  With my right arm  straight over my head I slowly pull the sports bra down throu...
